SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders placed on INSHI.co are shipped from Poland (Warsaw).
INSHI.co is committed to processing orders promptly and we do our best to ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. The Black Friday rush + other sales and Holidays may delay this process as we do our best to fulfill higher order volumes. Please contact us with any questions concerning your order.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.

– Processing: We are lovingly putting together your order in our warehouse.
– On-hold: We are expecting your payment or specifying order details.
– Completed:Your package has been handed to our courier and they are getting your delivery to you.

Unfortunately, once your package has been returned to our studio, it cannot be re-sent to you, and you will be automatically refunded with 7 working days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders placed on INSHI.co are shipped from Poland (Warsaw).
INSHI.co does not collect duties, taxes, customs, or brokerage fees at the time of purchase. Therefore, international orders ship with these potential additional fees UNPAID. INSHI.co cannot currently determine what these charges may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office regarding your country’s custom policies.
Customers may be charged duties, taxes, customs, and/or brokerages fees on their international orders at the time of delivery in the local currency. Customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes, customs and/or brokerage fees.
